Copyright Policy
15) The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright of all photographs taken to the photographer.
16) Stella Hitchen and Associates reserves the right to use any of the photographs taken for promotional purposes.
Equipment Failure
In the event of equipment failure, Photography by Stella Hitchen and Associates will only refund the monies paid and in placing and will not accept any further liability or claims.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
17) In the event of the customer wishing to cancel their booking, Stella Hitchen and Associates will not refund any monies paid.
18) In the event of the customer wishing to cancel their booking with less than 4 weeks notice, the customer will become liable for 100% of the booking fee.
Bullying Policy
19) Photography by Stella Hitchen and Associates and it's Representatives reserves the right to immediately leave a function / event if they experience any offensive, abusive or aggressive behaviour. In this scenario the contract will be immediately terminated without refund of any monies. No further claims or liaibility will be accepted.
