Ordering and Payments
1) Photography by Stella Hitchen & Associates will not reserve any days until they have received a completed booking form and the requested deposit is cleared.
2) Your initial deposit is non refundable
3) Photography by Stella Hitchen and Associates must be in receipt of your final balance no later than 14 days prior to your wedding day.
4) The following payment methods are accepted:-
Cash - must be hand delivered and receipted
Personal Cheque
All major credit and debit cards via PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.co.uk to view their own terms and conditions.
5) Subsequent payments on account and / or monthly installments will only be refunded if the following applies:-
a) Photography by Stella Hitchen and Associates experiences equipment failure
b) Photography by Stella Hitchen and Associates has to advise you that your booking is being cancelled for reasons other than customer cancellation or non receipt of payment
Privacy Policy
6) Stella Hitchen and Associates will not pass your personal information onto any other businesses or individuals
7) Account information will only be shared and discussed with the account holders.
8) All documents pertaining to a booking will be kept for a maximum of 5 years. After this time you will be notified of our intention to safely destroy all personal information.
9) All credit and debit card transactions are processed via PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.co.uk to view their own Privacy Statements and Policies.
Image Viewing, Album Design and Delivery Policy
10) All photographs and images can be viewed either on an online photograph gallery or as thumbnails on a CD-Rom or DVD. The copying or attempted copying of these images, galleries or discs is strictly prohibited.
11) You should allow up to 4 weeks from your wedding day to view your photographs
12) Album and Story Book designs can take up to 8 weeks for preview and up to 4 weeks for delivery
13) Please allow up to 3 weeks from order receipt for delivery of frames and mounts.
14) Delilveries will either me made by Personal Delivery, Personal Collection, Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
